Chawin Nantaim, Executive Director and Director of Business Division 3 at OCCO Public Company Limited, founder of BLACK AMBER Hair Salon, along with the BLACK AMBER team and educators from DEMI HAIR CARE SCIENCE, conducted a training session on the topic “Personality and Image for Excellent Service.” This training was organized to share knowledge about creating a distinctive image and personality with the employees of Plus Property Co., Ltd., and was welcomed by Nattayada Phoipairoj, Senior Assistant Manager of Service Development at Plus Property, at Siri Campus recently.
The “Personality and Image for Excellent Service” class focused on sharing knowledge about creating a distinctive image and personality, which is crucial for making a strong first impression. The training was led by Chawin Nantaim, Executive Director of OCCO Public Company Limited, and founder of BLACK AMBER Hair Salon, along with the BLACK AMBER hairstylist team and educators from DEMI HAIR CARE SCIENCE. The session emphasized that external appearance, such as hairstyling, dressing, and personal grooming, can be easily changed and have a short-term impact. On the other hand, internal personality, built on confidence and continuous practice, can create longer-lasting results. An example of a good and professional hairstyle, such as the “undercut,” was used to illustrate how simple yet charming it can be. The trainers also provided advice on understanding each participant’s face shape and choosing the most appropriate hairstyle.
The workshop portion focused on using body language for professionalism. Various gestures were demonstrated, such as posture, hand movements, eye contact, and smiling, to build credibility. The training emphasized practicing natural body language to leave a lasting impression. Additionally, communication with the hairstylist was discussed as a crucial step in achieving the desired hairstyle. Clear communication and detailed requests about the hairstyle would help minimize mistakes and ensure the result aligns with expectations.
In addition to enhancing a polished and confident personality, the BLACK AMBER team also shared tips on choosing hairstyling products.
