Teerada Ampanwong, Managing Director and CEO of OCC Public Company Limited, along with the executive team, recently hosted a knowledge-sharing seminar under the theme “Modern Leadership Skills in Managing Generational Diversity.” The seminar aimed to enhance leadership skills in adapting and managing diverse teams with varying perspectives and experiences.
The goal was to equip leaders with the ability to guide their teams toward success amidst the dynamic changes of the modern era. The seminar featured insights from Thanjira Pimonsansuriya, a professional advisor specializing in organizational and personnel development from Slingshot Group Co., Ltd. The event was held at the Co-Working Space, OCC Building.
