Beginning with two barbers, one bartender and one visionary we embarked on a mission to deliver unparalleled barber shop experience.

THE NAME
Ambhanwong, the founder’s family name, means “family of amber.” Like the fossilized tree resin value for its natural beauty, Black Amber believes that true value requires the right environment, right people, and right time. Our commitment is to blend these elements harmoniously, creating something valuable and beautiful like its name.

At Black Amber, Hard Skills and Soft Skills are the Yin and Yan of our staff. Thonglor.
Established since 2014, our original space combines timber, raw concrete, leather, and steel, creating a warm and rustic ambiance within an old Asian-style shophouse.
Sathorn.
Our second branch at “Empire Tower Sathorn” in Bangkok’s CBD radiates grand luxury. With elements of brass, teak, canvas, and marble, we’ve crafted an elegantly styled barber shop amidst the skyscrapers.
